Eleventh Hour Coffee was conceived at a missions conference when our founder observed missionaries selling coffee from the countries where they worked to support their ministries. We are wholly owned by Eleventh Hour International, a missions organization, dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus, making disciples, equipping the called, and sending the equipped. 100% of our proceeds are dedicated to missions.

Eleventh Hour Coffees are sourced from families and communities, not multinational corporations. Eleventh Hour Coffees are high-end specialty grade, not the common commercial grade coffees typical of franchise cafes and grocery stores. Eleventh Hour Coffees are roasted and blended by artisans, not factories. Eleventh Hour Coffees are crafted to accentuate the unique attributes of our beans, not over roasted to create production consistency.
